Accessible digital experiences are part of how we design and build. This statement describes our target conformance level and how to report barriers you encounter on lamininco.com.

1. Target conformance

WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the public website, with AAA where practical (particularly colour contrast on body text).

2. What we design for

  • Keyboard-only navigation across all interactive elements.
  • Focus indicators that are visible against every surface.
  • Semantic landmarks, unique H1s, and structured headings.
  • Alternative text on informative images.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Colour contrast of 4.5:1 minimum on body text (LDS 1.0).
  • Compatibility with major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).

3. Known limitations

We are actively working towards full conformance. Known limitations will be listed here after the independent audit.

4. Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on lamininco.com, please contact us and mark the message "Accessibility". Include the page URL and, where possible, the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.

5. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, escalation routes under applicable accessibility law will be listed in the final published statement.
